CW Systems have been offering the highest quality window shutters and blinds for over 20 years. CW Systems approached Spark to deliver a full end to end sales platform to streamline their current sales channels.

Spark designed and built a user friendly sales tool, allowing for the customisation of product by a customer using an innovative Augmented Reality configurator. The Augmented Reality product configurator allows CW Systems’ customers to place a 3D visualisation of the shutter or blind they wish to order into the window of their house using a mobile device. The customer can then customise the colour, finish, layout etc. of the product, animate it opening and closing and become fully immersed in the product with highly realistic AR visuals. This is truly a ground breaking piece of Augmented Reality work, offering significant value to CW Systems, their distributors and customers.

Once the user has finalised their configured product in augmented reality they can complete the order and book the installation of their purchase all through the sales tool. The tool itself has a bespokely built back end that manages all orders for CW Systems, streamlining the sales process and making the taking, amending and monitoring of all orders completely simple. All orders and data captured within the tool are fully integrated into NetSuite, ensuring that the current CRM process for the client is fully maintained. A custom analytics package has been implemented into the tool, providing insightful data to CW Systems related to sales and orders, but also the successful utilisation of the sales tool itself.
