Case Study for Lottery

PROJECT CASE STUDY - Lottery

The National Lottery were looking for a scratch card game to entice new players, as participation in lottery games was reducing. Using a mixture of gamification with augmented reality, Spark delivered a treasure hunt delivery whereby users could scan their losing tickets for a second chance to win by playing an AR game.

This delivery involved users engaging with a real world environment to play AR games. They would be alerted to games available at their local store and then be presented with an augmented reality chance to win money.

This application also had full capability to create/integrate with users accounts and integration with Camelot back-end systems/security protocols.

"I have personally worked alongside Spark for the last 18 months. As a business they have impressed me with their creativity and business acumen as they developed a treasure hunt AR based solution targeted at the world lottery and gaming market. Their cost effective solutions, attention to detail plus speed of delivery significantly exceeded other suppliers I have benchmarked. As a business with a large digital presence, at Camelot we are always looking for innovation and new market opportunities and with Spark we now have the right supplier to support this area of our strategic growth plans. The intention is for this relationship to evolve as we move into other European and US markets."
